Sesame Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
150g fresh broccoli
50g bell pepper
1 large carrot
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
½ teaspoon crushed garlic
75g one minute noodles
30g red onion
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Step 01
Toast sesame seeds in a non stick pan

Crush noodles
Step 03
Break broccoli in bite sizes
Step 04
Slice pepper
Step 05
Grate carrots
Step 06
Slice onion
Step 07
Mix the oils, vinegar, sesame seeds, chili, garlic Put into a jar bottle and shake well
Step 08
Toss in to the marinade the following: Separated broccoli into bite-sized florets 75g noodles crushed slightly Refrigerate 90 minutes
Step 08
Lastly before serving add Slice onion – carrot and bell pepper Salt and pepper to taste
