1 1/2 cups white flour
1/2 cup wheat flour
2 cup of water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
Method
Step 01
Put the flour into a bowl
Step 02
Stir in 1 1/2 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp yeast – 1tsp sugar
Step 03
2 cup of warm water
Step 04
Blend together with a spatula
Step 05
Cover with plastic – set aside to rise for 16 hours
Step 06
Gather together with a spatula – Put onto a baking tray sprinkled with polenta
Step 07
Shape lightly with your finger tips into a slipper shape
Step 08
Cover with a cloth – let rise for 2 hours
Step 09
Bake at 240c (A hot Oven) for 40 minutes
